Everything that lives, breathes, grows and decays carries within it the memory of the universe. From the smallest bacterium to the grandest galaxy, existence is written in one timeless language known as Deoxyribonucleic acid, DNA. The same atoms that once blazed in the hearts of ancient stars now flow through our blood, whisper in our breath and rise again in the veins of trees. Our beginning was not in a cradle or a garden but in the nuclear furnaces of stars that died long ago. Every element heavier than hydrogen was born in the explosions of supernovae, cosmic events so fierce that they filled the universe with the carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and iron that now compose every cell of our bodies.

This thought-provoking article explores the deep interconnection between health, nutrition, and governance through the lens of celiac disease. Drawing from an engaging conversation on law, science, and human wellbeing, the writer highlights how the body—like society and the cosmos, depends on balance, structure, and vigilance. The piece demystifies celiac disease as an autoimmune disorder triggered by gluten, which damages intestinal villi and leads to widespread nutrient deficiencies affecting nerves, vision, bones, and overall vitality. Beyond medical insight, the article makes a profound analogy between nutrition and law: just as laws sustain social order, proper nutrients sustain the body’s systems. Both collapse when neglected. It urges awareness, prevention, and early intervention, whether in healthcare or governance, to sustain resilience and human potential. Ultimately, it reminds readers that before reaching for the stars, humanity must first care for
